Profit Generators is an education platform. A yearly membership is purchased for access to educational products and membership benefits, including videos, PDFs, mini-courses and certifications issued by Profit Generators. The membership fee is not a trading deposit, investment, managed-account fee or payment to Profit Generators to trade a member's money.
Profit Generators may introduce or provide access links to independent third-party brokers, including PU Prime. Brokerage accounts, custody of trading funds, trade execution and any copy-trading or social-trading facilities offered through a broker are separate third-party services. Members are not required to use those services as a condition of receiving the Profit Generators education membership.
These Terms govern access to Profit Generators and its educational website, membership area, videos, PDFs, mini-courses, certifications and related educational content (the "Education Services"). By purchasing a yearly membership, creating an account or accessing the Education Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.
Profit Generators provides educational material designed to help members understand the foundations of trading and related market concepts. Membership is provided on a yearly basis. The precise content available may develop or change over time as educational material is updated.
Profit Generators certifications confirm completion or achievement within Profit Generators' own educational programmes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are Profit Generators certifications and should not be represented as a government, university, regulator or professional-body qualification.
Education can improve a person's understanding of trading but cannot remove financial-market risk or guarantee profitable trading. Courses, videos, PDFs, examples, charts, commentary and demonstrations are educational in nature. No educational result, certificate, historical example or member experience is a promise that another member will make money.
Profit Generators may introduce members to or provide links or access routes to independent third-party brokers, including PU Prime. A broker is a separate business from Profit Generators. If a member chooses to open a brokerage account, that account is opened with the broker and is subject to the broker's own eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, privacy policy, risk disclosures, fees and regulatory arrangements.
Profit Generators does not hold members' brokerage deposits, does not receive members' broker passwords, and does not have access to members' brokerage accounts or trading funds.
A broker may make copy-trading, social-trading or similar functionality available to its customers. Such functionality is a separate broker or third-party service and is not the Education Service purchased from Profit Generators.
A member is free to decide whether to open a broker account, whether to deposit trading capital, whether to use copy trading and which available trader or strategy to follow. Profit Generators does not require a member to select a particular trader or strategy as a condition of education membership.
Any copy-trading facility, order execution, account operation, deposit, withdrawal and custody of trading funds is subject to the relevant broker or third-party provider's own arrangements. Members should read those terms and risk disclosures before activating any trading service.
The Profit Generators education membership and a member's brokerage relationship are separate. Payment for Profit Generators membership purchases the Education Services. Money deposited with a broker is not paid to Profit Generators as part of the education membership. A trading loss in a separate brokerage account does not, by itself, mean the Education Services have not been supplied.
Profit Generators may have a commercial relationship with a broker or other third party and may benefit economically from member activity where permitted by applicable law and the relevant arrangements. Where a performance fee applies to a broker-provided trading or copy-trading service, the fee is paid through/to the broker under the applicable broker arrangements rather than being part of the yearly Profit Generators education membership fee.
The existence of a commercial relationship does not require a member to use that broker or any particular trader or strategy. Members should make their own decision after reviewing the third party's terms, costs and risks.
Trading Forex, CFDs, XAUUSD and other leveraged products carries a high risk of financial loss. You may lose some or all of the capital placed into a trading account. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Copy trading does not guarantee profits and does not remove trading risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Where a particular broker is legally required to display a provider-specific retail CFD loss percentage or prescribed risk warning, members should rely on the current warning published by that broker for the relevant entity and service. Such percentages can change and are not represented by Profit Generators as universal market statistics.
Any decision to open a brokerage account, fund it, trade, select a trader or strategy, use a broker's copy-trading functionality, change risk settings, stop copying or withdraw funds is made by the member. Members should consider their own financial circumstances and tolerance for loss and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Members should never use money required for rent or mortgage payments, household bills, debt repayments, essential living costs or emergencies for speculative trading.
Profit Generators may refer to historical performance in educational or promotional material where the relevant information is accurate and can be substantiated. Any statement such as "900%+ since January" relates only to the specific historical account, strategy, period and calculation methodology identified in the relevant material. It is not a forecast, guaranteed return or promise that another member will achieve the same result.
Different users can experience materially different results because of starting date, deposits and withdrawals, account size, compounding, leverage, broker conditions, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, execution speed, risk settings, liquidity and market conditions.
Neither Profit Generators education nor the availability of a third-party copy-trading service guarantees profit, income, account growth, a maximum drawdown or recovery of previous trading losses. There may be losing trades, losing periods and substantial drawdowns. No employee, educator, representative, affiliate or community member is authorised to guarantee a trading return on behalf of Profit Generators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Generators is not responsible for reimbursing financial-market losses arising solely from a member's independent decision to fund, trade through or use a trading/copy-trading service supplied and operated by an independent broker or third-party provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory statutory consumer rights or responsibility for Profit Generators' own obligations where the law requires otherwise.
Independent brokerage and trading systems may experience outages, latency, slippage, spread changes, rejected orders, pricing differences, liquidity issues, delayed execution, withdrawal delays, cyber incidents or insolvency. Profit Generators cannot control the systems, execution or financial condition of an independent broker. Issues concerning a broker's own service should ordinarily be raised with that broker using its complaints process.
Gold (XAUUSD) can experience rapid and substantial price movements, particularly around economic announcements, central-bank decisions, geopolitical events and periods of reduced liquidity. Prices may gap and stop-loss orders may execute at a different price from that requested. No strategy or copy-trading system can eliminate these risks.
Profit Generators does not require members to provide brokerage passwords or direct account access as part of the Education Services. Members are responsible for protecting their broker login credentials and should not disclose passwords, security codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys to Profit Generators representatives.
Profit Generators membership is provided on a yearly basis and gives the member a personal right to access the Education Services available under the purchased membership during the applicable membership period, subject to these Terms.
Memberships and login credentials are personal to the registered member and are non-transferable. Members must not sell, transfer, lend, share or provide their account credentials or paid access to another person. Profit Generators may suspend or restrict an account where it reasonably believes unauthorised sharing, resale or misuse has occurred.
All Profit Generators videos, PDFs, mini-courses, educational materials, course structures, graphics, branding, certifications, written content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Profit Generators.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, members must not copy, reproduce, download for redistribution, screen-record, record, photograph for redistribution, republish, upload, share, resell, sublicense, distribute, modify for commercial redistribution or otherwise commercially exploit Profit Generators content without prior written permission.
Profit Generators may issue its own certificates in connection with completion of educational programmes or assessments. A certificate does not guarantee trading competence, profitability, employment, professional status or regulatory authorisation and should not be represented as doing so.
Profit Generators may reasonably update courses, PDFs, videos, assessments, platform features and educational content to keep the Education Services current or improve the member experience. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, security, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Members must not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, distribute malware or use Profit Generators intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
Profit Generators does not offer membership to persons in the United States or in jurisdictions where offering the relevant services would breach applicable sanctions, trade restrictions or other legal requirements, including Iran and North Korea. Additional countries or territories may be restricted where required by applicable law, sanctions or service-provider requirements. Profit Generators may refuse or restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with those requirements.
Profit Generators membership is available only to persons aged 18 or over. By registering, a member confirms that they satisfy this requirement.
The platform may contain links to brokers, payment providers, websites or other third-party services. A link or introduction does not make that third party part of Profit Generators or make its services part of the Education Services. Third parties are responsible for their own products, terms, privacy practices and service delivery.
Profit Generators does not provide tax advice. Members are responsible for understanding the tax and legal consequences of their own trading and financial activities and should obtain independent advice where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that principle, Profit Generators is not liable merely because a member suffers a financial-market loss in an account held with an independent broker, or because an independent third-party brokerage or copy-trading service performs differently from the member's expectations.
Profit Generators remains responsible for supplying the Education Services in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. These Terms do not seek to exclude mandatory consumer protections.
Profit Generators may suspend or terminate access where a member materially breaches these Terms, shares or resells membership access, infringes intellectual property, engages in fraud or unlawful activity, threatens platform security or where restriction is reasonably necessary for legal or sanctions compliance.
Ending or losing access to Profit Generators does not automatically close a member's separate broker account, withdraw broker funds or stop a broker-provided copy-trading service. The member must manage those matters directly with the relevant broker.
Profit Generators may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Education Services, technology, third-party relationships or applicable legal requirements. The current version should be made available on profitgenerators.io. Material changes affecting existing memberships will be communicated where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a member's country of residence. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings elsewhere.
By purchasing or using Profit Generators membership, the member acknowledges:
"I understand that I am purchasing a yearly education membership from Profit Generators for access to educational videos, PDFs, mini-courses, Profit Generators certifications and related educational benefits. My membership payment is not a trading deposit or a guaranteed-return investment. I understand that any broker I independently choose to use is a separate third party. If I choose to deposit trading capital or use brokerage, social-trading or copy-trading facilities provided by a broker, I understand that those activities involve financial risk and that I may lose some or all of my trading capital. I understand that past performance does not guarantee future results, that I am free to choose whether to use such services and which available trader or strategy to follow, and that I should review the broker's own terms and risk disclosures before proceeding."
